Planning to visit Pag-IBIG Fund’s office in Manila?
If your concerns relate to housing loan application or late payment of loan amortization, then you need to know the new location of the Pag-IBIG Fund’s Housing Operations Sector.
This Sector (Office) includes Loan Origination, and Billing and Collections Departments.
According to Home Development Mutual Fund’s (Pag-IBIG Fund) website, the new address is: JELP Business Solutions Building (EMAR Suites), 409 Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City.
Since January 2, 2012, this Pag-IBIG Fund’s office – which was formerly located at the Filomena Building in Amorsolo St., Makati City – has transferred to the aforementioned address.

The new office is located across Flying V Gas Station and Dumlao Gym along Shaw Boulevard in Mandaluyong City.
If you are coming from the direction of Star Mall or EDSA-Shaw Blvd. intersection (EDSA Crossing – Ibabaw), you will find the new Pag-IBIG Fund office on your right hand side just after the Hyundai/Nissan showroom.
From Quiapo/Sampaloc/Sta. Mesa area, you will have to pass Jose Rizal University (JRU) before getting off in front of Flying V Gas Station and Dumlao Gym. Across the road (Shaw Blvd.) is the new Pag-IBIG Fund office.
